Artist Housing has the most affordable housing in Los Angeles consistently for 10 years. We dont have private apartments though, we provide communities to live in (co-living). You share common areas or bedrooms and ultimately save you a lot of money.

We currently have beds for rent inside giant shared dorm rooms, inside an 8000 sqft mansion/100-year-old church in the heart of Downtown LA. No private rooms at this location. Mostly for people in film and music but anyone may apply. Although we are in the very best part of downtown next to skyscrapers, location is not always the most important thing, it is whom you live with. Everyone is cool, millennial, hip, down-to-earth, and share a common interest.

Available month to month, just need a 30-day notice. Give it a shot to meet some friends and learn the area quickly until you find a more private place to live.
